YellowBelly Brewery recognized by City Heritage Committee

The heritage area in the City of St. John’s is a unique and vibrant part of our culture, and each year on Heritage Day (the third Monday in February) the City of St. John’s takes a moment to recognize individuals and businesses for their outstanding restoration efforts. This year, St. John’s Mayor Dennis O’Keefe presented Certificates of Recognition to Craig Flynn and Brenda O’Reilly for YellowBelly Brewery and Public House.

“The heritage areas are the heart and soul of our City and we are very pleased today to honour commercial and residential property owners for their work in rehabilitating, restoring and celebrating our rich built heritage,” says Mayor O’Keefe. “These properties are a wonderful illustration of what can be accomplished when owners take pride in their homes, businesses and City. I am very pleased to congratulate each of our award recipients for the excellent work they have done in our heritage areas.”

Vacay names YellowBelly Brewery #4 Brew Pub in Canada

YellowBelly was ranked #4 by Vacay.ca in its Top 24 Brew Pubs in Canada. Rankings were determined on the quality of the craft-brewed beer first and foremost, with food, ambience, service and overall experience also considered.
